Terms of Use

By accessing and using the Emergency Mass Notification Software provided as a Service (SaaS) (“Service"), offered by EmReach Solutions Private Limited (“Company," “we," “us," or “our"), including our Web Application, API, iOS Application, Android Application, and MS Teams Application (collectively “Applications"), you (“User," “Customer," or “Enterprise") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Description of Service

The Service provides enterprise-level mass notification systems allowing users to efficiently and promptly relay emergency information across multiple platforms. The Service features may vary depending on the specific Applications subscribed to by the Enterprise.

Registration and Account

a. To use the Service, the Customer must register for an account. By registering, the Customer agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information about themselves and their organization.

b. The Customer is responsible for safeguarding their account, including all usernames and passwords.

c. Unauthorized use or any breach of security must be reported immediately to the Company.

Use of Service

a. The Service is intended for emergency communication and should not be used for routine communications or promotional purposes.

b. Users are prohibited from sending or storing malicious content, spam, or any form of the illegal data using the Service.

c. Users are responsible for all content they communicate using the Service.

Service Limitations

We strive for uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. There might be occasions when the Service is interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or system/network failures.

Integrations

If the Service is used in conjunction with other platforms (like MS Teams), the User is responsible for complying with those platforms’ terms of service as well.

Fees

The Customer shall pay all fees as specified in their agreement with the Company. Failure to pay these fees may result in the termination or suspension of the Service.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is". The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the separate Service Agreement executed between the Customer and the Company. Upon termination, the Customer’s right to use the Service will immediately cease, as detailed in the Service Agreement.

Amendments

The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and Users are encouraged to frequently check for updates.
